Registrations
Q: Will my registration remain valid for the postponed XXIX FIDE Congress on 3 – 6 November 2021?
A: Yes, your registration will remain valid for the XXIX FIDE Congress on 3 – 6 November 2021.
Q: I cannot attend the XXIX FIDE Congress in November 2021. Can a colleague of mine take over my registration?
A: Yes, a colleague from the same company or organisation may take over your registration, at no additional costs. Please inform the XXIX FIDE Congress Secretariat at fide2020@congressbydesign.com before 3 September 2021.
Q: I cannot attend the XXIX FIDE Congress in November 2021. Which cancellation policy applies?
A: The general cancellation policy applies:
- Please inform the XXIX FIDE Congress Secretariat at fide2020@congressbydesign.com;
- For cancellations received up to and including 3 September 2021, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged;
- For cancellations received after 3 September 2021, no refund will be given, full amount required;
- Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company or organisation.
Q: Can I withdraw my cancellation now the XXIX FIDE Congress is postponed until November 2021?
A: Yes, you can withdraw your cancellation. Please inform the XXIX FIDE Congress Secretariat at fide2020@congressbydesign.com before 3 September 2021.
Programme
Q: What will the program be for 3 – 6 November 2021?
A: The programme is currently being revised. An updated version of the programme will be published on the website.
Hotel booking
Q: I have booked my accommodation, but have not yet paid. How should I proceed?
A: All hotel reservations have been cancelled. More information about hotel reservations will be available on this website soon.
Q: I have booked my accommodation and have already paid. How should I proceed?
